PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We worked the London Library to produce and project manage a dinner for prospective members.

Founded in 1841 the London Library is one of the world’s leading literary institutions. Members can browse and borrow an outstanding collection of booksand resources, attend special events and use the beautiful space in central London.

The Library wanted to raise awareness of the benefits of membership to friends of existing members at an initimate dinner which included readings about the Library and its special history. Piece of Cake worked with the London Library to project manage the evening, liaising with suppliers and performers. We ensured that all elements were meticulously planned and that the evening ran smoothly. The event resulted in a significant number of new members joining the Library.

“Juliet’s knowledge and experience was a valuable addition to our team as we planned and delivered our event. She helped us to deliver a flawless evening and was a pleasure to work with.”

FELICITY NELSON, MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR, THE LONDON LIBRARY
